Individuals are interviewed by MTP prior to the course to establish their training requirements from the course and a Course Development Performance Evaluation completed by the Course Director following the course.
The interviews are conducted on the client’s premises. They can include personality profiling. They also include, with the results of the interviews, a Course Performance Evaluation completed by the Course Director. These interviews are only provided upon the request of the client. They are to focus purely on the individuals as against the broader aspects of the course.
