Individuals are interviewed by MTP prior to the course
Introduction
Individuals are interviewed by MTP prior to the course to establish their training requirements from the course and a Course Development Performance Evaluation completed by the Course Director following the course.
Objectives
- Assess the training and development requirements of the delegates prior to the course and give the Course Director an insight into the company and the delegates
- Allows the delegate to understand the objectives of the course and input their feelings and requirements, breaking down any initial barriers and maximising valuable course time.
- To give a delegate evaluation, following the course, to the company and delegate, based on the results of the pre-training interviews and performance on the course.
Actions
The interviews are conducted on the client’s premises. They can include personality profiling. They also include, with the results of the interviews, a Course Performance Evaluation completed by the Course Director. These interviews are only provided upon the request of the client. They are to focus purely on the individuals as against the broader aspects of the course.
