Introduction
Those who complete our courses leave with high hopes and good intensions; a determination to make a permanent difference within their sphere of influence. But the sheer pressure of busy life makes it difficult to apply the lessons learnt on such courses and to affect significant change without some system of accountability. We can provide that accountability.
Objectives
- Assist in the implementation of concepts, ideas and actions gained by attending MTP courses.
- To encourage and co-ordinate continued networking within your company – especially between those who have attended training courses.
- Provide professional, unbiased, non-partisan feedback from the outside on major areas requiring change, review and motivation.
- Provide encouragement for the introduction of change.
Actions
- We act as a sounding board for the individual and the team in their discussions and proposed action programme.
- We provide guidance in the creation of clear, realistic action plans.
- We assist in the introduction of a system of accountability suitable for your company. WHO does WHAT by WHEN, WHY and HOW?
- We assist in the appraisal of systems, personnel, interviewing techniques, providing guidance and continuing evaluation.
Format
- Having obtained your brief we provide a Senior Management Consultant to be your mentor, working with you to accomplish the above.
- We work with you on the basis of TOTAL CONFIDENTIALITY.
- We follow up each and every visit to your company with a summary report of issues pursued and actions agreed.
