MTP Training Limited has been providing training services to a wide-ranging customer base since 1983. The cornerstones of MTP Training methods are, that all training programmes are structured and the results measurable. The training environment is a pragmatic approach to small groups of people, normally nine to twelve per group. Maximum time is spent on interactive simulations that are designed to emulate as near as possible, the real world.
All programmes, whether specifically customised for in-house training purposes or conducted on an open course basis, are modular in format and presented using modern back projected presentation equipment. Each programme is fully supported by course manuals/workbooks, film material and the use of CCTV for analysis of all simulations contained in individual programmes.
The Course Directors responsible for presenting MTP programmes are employed solely by MTP, giving the added advantage of customer continuity over long periods of time. They all have exemplary track records in their individual disciplines, which include Interpersonal Skills, Team Building, People and Strategic Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
Not only are they responsible for the successful completion of training projects, but also have the added brief to maintain the partnership that MTP will build with your Company. This has proved to be an invaluable service, particularly when projects include pre-training assessment, customisation of programmes, as well as post training support and individual delegate feedback.
